		<description>Kevin, I am sorry to hear that you have had a bit of a time with your icontentrobot and from the actual 2 people who have requested a refund through the icontentrobot system through my personal affiliation... I do check... and know that they got their refunds and yes a slight delay was mentioned. this is down to 1shoppingcart to "action" so you must let me know if you have any problems presently.

Now, icontentrobot when it was launched did display the present months topics on the sales page, and the idea is that as the icontentrobot itself will get stronger as it goes, infact 2 weeks before its release a positive change happened and completely changed the system around. That change had to happen for the benefit of the users.

Now, if you get this message and if you haven't got your refund for icontentrobot just give me a shout and I will get it sorted for you as quickly as possible.

		<description>I agrre this software won me over with the write up &#38; the praise it seemed to generate...That was however until I recieved it.. I found that the content was sadly lacking in that it only covered a few topics &#38; none in my field.  I cannot believe they would rush out a product without having at least a couple of dozen topics.. However we can always rely on the 30 day ,No quible,Guarenteed Money Back Offer cant we!!   No , I gave notice over a week ago that I could not make use of the product until it offered more variety regarding content.Despite i contact to say OK  I have had no proper answer or confirmation. Neither have I recieved a refund.  Which makes me ask why.
 I personally would not touch it until   a)  They significantly improve Content.
